When traveling through Ecuador, you should pay attention to the signage. If you encounter a pothole or heavy traffic, you could use a detour to make your journey smoother. Drive across the pavement and make sure to follow the lane markings to avoid confusion. If you notice a pothole in the lane, it’s best to turn left at the next intersection to avoid it. Always be prepared for changes in road conditions, such as moving from asphalt to a highway with a toll. Seeing the beautiful landscapes can be a part of your adventure, but rarely does it mean the roads will be perfect. In case of thick traffic, consider using operations like checking your GPS for longer routes. Remember, safety is the key!
